25L Square Blueberry Pot with Irrigation Tube Slots
The 25L square blueberry pot with two built-in irrigation tube slots that secure drip lines to the rim — same proven SG25L mold, 6.5 gal, 24,750 pcs/40HQ.
Our Best-Selling 25L Square Pot, Ready for Drip Lines
The 25L square blueberry pot is already the workhorse of modern berry production. Now it also comes in a version built for fertigated rows. The RB-SG25L-2S shares the same proven mold as our standard 25L square pot. But it adds two built-in irrigation tube slots that clip drip lines neatly into the rim. So there is no loose tubing, no stakes, and no repositioning emitters after every harvest pass.
It also holds 25 liters (6.5 gallons) of acidic substrate. The square top measures 35.5 × 35.5 cm (14 inches), and total height is 32.1 cm (12.6 inches). That is the volume and footprint agronomists recommend for mature, high-yielding blueberry and raspberry bushes.
Two Tube Slots Hold Drip Lines Exactly Where You Need Them
Precision irrigation depends on the emitter staying over the root zone. The two molded slots along the rim seat the drip tube firmly at the edge of the pot. So every plant gets water and fertilizer in the same spot, run after run. Indeed, lines snap in by hand. And they release just as easily for cleaning or reconfiguration.
Important: these slots are for irrigation tubing only — they are not drainage holes. Drainage still comes from the 3 cm elevated feet and the multi-hole base, exactly as on the standard model. So if you run overhead watering or no fixed drip lines, choose the RB-SG25L standard pot instead. It is the same pot and the same stacking, just without slots.
Square Geometry: Density and Freight Efficiency
Likewise, square pots pack bed to bed with almost no wasted gap. So they fit roughly 15–20% more plants per hectare than round pots of the same volume. And those extra plants turn straight into revenue across a commercial block.
The straight walls also nest efficiently for shipping. This 25L square blueberry pot uses the identical mold and pallet system as the standard version. So the loading is identical too. A full 40HQ container loads 24,750 pots (1,125 per pallet, 22 pallets). So the landed cost per pot stays as low as possible.
Built to Last Outdoors — UV-Stabilized, Food-Safe PP
We also injection-mold these pots from UV-stabilized, food-safe polypropylene (PP). The resin is also pH-neutral for acidic berry mixes. It is also black to warm the root zone early in the season. And it is engineered for 3–5 seasons of outdoor commercial use. The reinforced upper rim resists crushing when pots are moved full. Likewise, tapered walls release cleanly at transplant or substrate change. Finally, custom colors, printed logos, and barcodes are available for OEM orders.
25L Square Blueberry Pot: Specifications and Loading
So here are the key numbers. Each pot weighs 735 g. It measures 35.5 × 35.5 × 32.1 cm, with 3 cm elevated feet and two rim tube slots. It ships 1,125 pieces per pallet. And a full 40HQ container takes 24,750 pots (22 pallets). Every figure is measured from production, not estimated.
Related Pots and How to Order
Prefer the same pot without drip-line clips? Then see the RB-SG25L standard 25L square blueberry pot. Need more volume for mature bushes? Step up to the 30L square. For nursery stock, the 5L/7L/10L square pots share the same stacking system. So those sizes can mix in one container too. As always, we sell B2B by the pallet and container on FOB Ningbo terms. What are the two slots in the rim for?
They are irrigation tube slots — two U-shaped clips in the rim that lock drip lines in place, keeping emitters aligned and stopping tubing from drifting between pots during setup and harvest. The slots are tube clips, not drainage holes.
Does the 2S version have the same specs and loading as the SG25L?
Yes — same 35.5 cm square mold, 25L (6.5 gal) volume and 24,750 pcs/40HQ loading; only the rim slots differ.
What size blueberry pot do I need — 25L or 30L?
Most commercial growers use 25L (6.5 gal) for standard mature bushes and 30L (7.8 gal) for vigorous varieties, older plants, or heavy substrates where you want extra root buffer. Square pots (RB-SG25L/SG30L) pack at the highest field density; round side-hole pots (RB-R025L-S) fit standard Ø38 cm nursery racks. The 5L/7L/10L squares carry young liners through propagation.
Are these pots UV-protected for outdoor use?
Yes. They are injection-molded from UV-stabilized, food-safe polypropylene (PP), designed for 3–5 seasons of outdoor exposure. The black color absorbs heat to warm the root zone. Frost-resistant and reinforced grades are available on request.
What is the difference between the square and round pots?
Square pots pack edge to edge with almost no gap, giving roughly 15–20% more plants per hectare — ideal for new high-density blocks. Round pots match traditional Ø38 cm nursery rack spacing and move smoothly on automated handling lines — ideal when your benches and equipment are already round-pot. Same PP grade, same B2B pallet programs.
What is the MOQ and how do I get pricing?
We sell B2B by the pallet and full container. Prices are not published because they depend on quantity, destination, color, and custom options. Click Request a Quote with your quantity and port — we reply with FOB pricing, lead time, and a freight/landed-cost estimate. Small trial orders are also accepted.
Can I order custom colors or my own logo?
Yes. Standard is black; custom colors and printed/branded pots are available for OEM and private-label orders. Black-and-white barcodes up to 3×5 cm are free; color barcodes and custom branding are quoted separately. Tell us your needs in the quote form.
Do you supply irrigation and accessories too?
Yes — we offer matching drip irrigation kits, plant label tags, berry support stakes, and hooks, so you can source pots and planting hardware in one shipment. Mention accessories in your quote request for a bundle price.
